Exchange and Return

I have received the wrong/broken/damaged product, what shall I do? What’s Breakthrough’s exchange policy?
Incase if the customer hasn’t received the product in fresh form or has received the wrong product. First thing they have to do is to take pictures of the product in the condition they have received then they can fill the contact form with their details (Name, Address, Order Number, Photos of the product and message) provided or either they can directly contact on #0347-6822190. Breakthrough team will contact/speak to them and verify the case. Once the case is verified, team Breakthrough will gladly exchange the product with a fresh piece. Hence this policy only applies if the customer contacts us within 48 hours of the delivery.

I have received the products I ordered but I am having change of mind, will Breakthrough take the products back with refund?
Breakthrough believes in the commodity of their product. In any instance if the customer feels like having change of mind and the product is totally unused and fresh as received. Then Breakthrough will gladly take it back with the return of 50-70% (depending on the case) of the total payment. To return the product, the customer has to write an email on the contact form of Breakthrough with reason and details of account (on which the 50% will be sent) provided then Breakthrough team will contact them and guide them for the further process of returns. Hence the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges of returns.
