Breakthrough won’t be responsible for any type of scam or unfortunate scenario and will take legal action against the non-affiliated supplier.

Breakout and Breakthrough are two different brands. Breakthrough won’t be responsible if someone understood/gets scammed by considering the affiliation of Breakthrough with any other brand.

Breakthrough is based in Pakistan and it doesn’t have any physical branch or affiliation with any other physical or online store.

What is the shipment process once I have placed my order?
Breakthrough ships through the help of a third party courier company. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Breakthrough’s email address and also a confirmation call or message on the phone number you have provided. After confirmation the parcel will be given to the courier company to deliver on the provided address by the user.

How long will it take my parcel to be delivered?
After you have placed the order, Please allow 1-2 days for fulfilment and confirmation of the order. Once the confirmation is done, within 3-5 days the ordered product will be delivered on the provided address.

I have received the notification that the product is delivered to my address but i haven’t received it, what shall I do?
If you get the notification of receiving but haven’t received the parcel, please contact us through filling our contact form or call us directly on #0331-3754686

I have placed the wrong order, what shall I do? Or someone has used my details without my permission to place the order what shall I do?
If you have placed the wrong order, please inform us by writing an email on contactbreakthroughstore@gmail.com with the order number you have received or simply give us a call on #0331-3754686. But once the order is confirmed and fulfilled, we won’t be able to help you in cancelling it. Hence the order will only be fulfilled once it’s confirmed through a confirmation call.

Does Breakthrough ships worldwide?
Right now, Breakthrough only ships within Pakistan. Sooner the worldwide shipments of our products will be available too.

I have received the wrong/broken/damaged product, what shall I do? What’s Breakthrough’s exchange policy?
Incase if the customer hasn’t received the product in fresh form or has received the wrong product. First thing they have to do is to take pictures of the product in the condition they have received then they can fill the contact form with their details (Name, Address, Order Number, Photos of the product and message) provided or either they can directly contact on #0347-6822190. Breakthrough team will contact/speak to them and verify the case. Once the case is verified, team Breakthrough will gladly exchange the product with a fresh piece. Hence this policy only applies if the customer contacts us within 48 hours of the delivery.

I have received the products I ordered but I am having change of mind, will Breakthrough take the products back with refund?
Breakthrough believes in the commodity of their product. In any instance if the customer feels like having change of mind and the product is totally unused and fresh as received. Then Breakthrough will gladly take it back with the return of 50-70% (depending on the case) of the total payment. To return the product, the customer has to write an email on the contact form of Breakthrough with reason and details of account (on which the 50% will be sent) provided then Breakthrough team will contact them and guide them for the further process of returns. Hence the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges of returns.
